Our Sure Signal is registered in my wife's name, but she no longer has an account. Therefore we can't log in to change users. How can I get it transferred into my name?

I have a similar problem. My wife owned our Vodaphone Account, including our Sure Signal, but she died some months ago. I had the account transferred into my name earlier this year, but if I access my account I am just a User and my wife is shown as the owner! So I cannot administer suresignal - eg add users. How do I fix this?
