Sounds similar to my new thread "SureSignal v3 suddenly stopped getting 3G signal"
Used to work just fine.
Now it has stopped - nothing changed at our end.
Just reading this forum tells you so much about Vodafone and they're wonderful service.....

I have just signed up for a new 12 month contract with Vodafone so I was wondering if the account got changed at that point. I've also spoken to my ISP (PlusNet (who are great I might add)) and they have confirmed the line is stable their end with no problems. Good router up times and no line faults.

Hi matthewfarrow,
That light sequence means the Sure Signal is updating.
Please perform factory reset as below;
1 - Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
2 - Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
3 - Once the lights come back on, release the button.
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
Thanks,
Sukhi

Hi There,
I reset the VSS before I left for work yesterday morning and when I returned 9 hours later there was no change:
Red Power Light / White Flashing Internet Light / not lit / not lit
I then reset it before bed last night again and when I woke up this morning so another 10 hours, still no change, still the same light pattern as before.
Suggestions, please.
Thanks.
