Transfer over iPhone to new iTunes account

Hi, 

We've just come around to using Family sharing as we were sharing one itunes account for multiple devices..

Q..I have 2 phones on one iTunes account sync'd to my account..is there anyway of removing one of the phones to set up a seperate iTunes account without wiping and losing its data to use on a new account?

Make sure you back up the phones before doing the separation.

This seems only work on Mac. I can't do this on a windows pc
