So far, after all that time on the phone (advice that never worked!) and answering the PM you sent me, I have heard nothing??

Hi, I'm also unable to turn on personal hotspot. It directs me to change my settings online. I've just switched to a 90 day sim only plan after my iPhone contract ended. I thought tethering was included? Thanks.

I just changed to an iphone 5 on my business contract (bought phone through apple) when i try to use the personal hotspot i have to pres "set up personal hotspot" then get redirected to a website.
I called Business CS and they said i am all set up for tethering etc but still nothing !!
Any help would be great

Hi Aaron,
Thanks for the heads up! If the business accounts team have confirmed you have the necessary APN's for the personal hotspot activation, the only other thing I can suggest is a back up of your details to iTunes as well as a synchronisation to see if you're missing any software updates. If that doesn't work, try a full factory reset too and let me know the outcome.

Hi I have the same issue - need your help please. ain't am not sure if I have tethering inclouded in my contract but hotspot is taking me to vodaphone website.
please help.
