Trying to call Customer Services to sort out My Sure Signal. Ongoing problem from yesterday.

Has anybody got any idea how I actually talk to a real person in Customer Services and is this Callback Service actually real. Have dialled through several times,entered my mobile number,gone through the menu and then the call cuts off, what a service !!!!

A straight through reliable number would be useful.
