Twonky settings on Vodafone Connect broadband router

Does anyone know if users are able to access the Twonky server settings on the Vodafone Connect router?

All I can find on the router settings pages is the option to turn it on or off.
I've got a USB drive with a bunch of folders in it connected to the router but only one of the folders (the one called Public) is visible via the Twonky share (works fine via SMB, I can access all the folders that way).

I used to have all these files on a NAS drive but the NAS has sadly died, so I thought I'd try the file sharing features of the router which mostly seem to work ok (I can access all the files via SMB) but for this slight peculiarity.

The NAS drive had a Twonky server built in too and with that, I could access the Twonky Server configuration pages and do all sorts of things, like setting which folders were shared, re-scan the source files to refresh the database, setting device access permissions etc etc, but there doesn't seem to be any way of doing that sort of admin on the Vodafone Connect twonky share.

I'm not even sure what port it runs on - one of my devices which I used to test the twonky access suggests it's on port 9002 but when I try to access 192.168.1.1:9002 in Firefox I get a 404: Page not found error.

Anyone got any thoughts?

Thanks

@handojim We'd recommend getting in touch with our dedicated Broadband team via Live Chat or 08080 034 515 for help with your query.

Instead of the standard "phone vodafone" it would be much better if vodafone actually put out some documentation about the router.

Maybe then they would not get constant calls with people asking the very same questions.

@acetone I was beginning to think the same thing.   This community here is ok as a resource but even if there was just a sticky near the top with links to how to it would be a better start than the "phone the team"

People often dont want to "talk" to a person they want to be able to digest a how to in their own time.  Some kind of docs would be good.  I did notice there was a business doc which seems to cover a little bit of this router I have and it's setting so why not start with that
