Unable To Browse

Hi All,

I am unable to browse via my Vodafone mobile broadband connection - I am able to connect, ping, MSN, Skype successfully. However, neither Firefox or IE are working.

I have attempted to troubleshoot the connection - when selecting diagnose against the active connection I receive:

"Cannot communicate with DNS server (10.203.129.68).

I am using Vista and this has previously worked.

Any pointers for trouble shooting this?

This does seem like quite a serious issue, and one we'll need to investigate. I'll be sending you an email shortly to collect some details!

In the meantime, can you try disconnecting and reconnecting your modem connection a few times?
