Unable to add a new user onto Sure SIgnal

Hi

A user has disappeared from the Sure Signal account since having a new handset, I am unable to add her back on. It comes up with an error message saying that number is already registered but it does not appear on the user list???

Error message shown is:

Sorry we ar enot able to process your requestbecause of the followng errors in your form.

Sorry. You can only add users who have a Vodafone mobile phone number, this will start with 07, and have 11 digits.

You've already added this person to your Sure Signal. If you;d like to add someone else, please choose another person.

Serial number of Sure Signal unit is 40120156787

Hi paulbailey1959,

I can see that the number that you are trying to add is the number that was used to register the Sure Signal.

As this is the owner it doesn’t show on the access control list.
