Hi All,
I have Motorola Moto 3rd Gen which was bought from Vodafone. My Vodafone app is not working whenever I open the app I get an error saying " Unfortunately My Vodafone App has stopped". I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it however the issue still persists. Can anyone help me with this please.

Hi there
Before you uninstall and reinstall the app, try clearing the cache and data from Application Manager. Then resinstall the app. Hopefully that will sort out the issues you're having.

Then, next time it crashes, make sure you send the logs through to Vodafone using the "report" button. This means that they can look through what is going wrong, and resolve the issues.
What version of Android are you running? Have you recently updated any apps which could have caused this issue?

Can you access your account online via a browser? It's just possible that the issue is at the Vodafone end. If online access is a problem, Customer Services should be able to do a reset to clear it.

Hi,
I have called Vodafone and they could not help me and asked me to send the report and the technical team will get back to me. Once they get back I will keep everyone updated here. Thank for all your help.
