Every call i receive displays unknown caller. I have tried everything....and i mean everything.
Can someone please help!

Theyr a waste of time anyway. Get more sense from a brick wall.

Thanks Chazz. I am very close to giving up. I cannot access my account and cannot turn on voicemail either.
Surprise surprise when i filled in the form it says someone will be in touch within 48 hours. Why is it that o2 dealt with the same problem in 2 hours????
I have a horrible feeling i'll have a 3 account next week. Lets see.

I have contacted customer services numerous times regarding this and I still have had no joy. Like others I'm walking from this organisation

I have the same issues. I've reset the phone, taken the SIM card out AND contacted the tech team who are just sitting on it. It's getting beyond a joke and a formal complaint will be going in. If you have sorted other people why does the tech team not know about this globally. I have looked into posts from Ireland and they seemed to be getting this sorted in a day. I have been without this service for a week now. I need an answer!

Hi, I'm also having the same problem as many others. I've been on the phone 3 times now and have been fobbed off each time with no idea when this issue will be fixed. Please could you advise of the steps I need to take to fix this. I've tried hard resets, Torres, dropping my phone off the network. I'm really not happy, I think it's just adding to the growing list of reasons to move away from Vodafone. I've also got to say the attitude of the customer service guy I just spoke to was appalling.
