Can your support team please update the my Vodafone app and website software as the correct information is never present on screen to match bill payments and options to contact never seem to go as smoothly as expected. Thanks

@Beckyk It can take 24 hours for any changes to reflect on My Vodafone.
You can also try a reset on the app to see if this helps to update things for you.
To do this, go to the three bars at the top right of the screen.
From the options available, select 'Settings' and then 'Reset'.
