Upgrade applied to wrong phone

I called to see if I could upgrade my phone and was delighted to hear that I could....some weeks later On checking my bank statement I noticed my charges had increased. I called vodafone who said they'd upgraded the wrong number   ( I have 2 phones on my account one for me and one for daughter) It turns out my phone can' be upgraded yet but I could pay £115 to upgrade or return the handset and the accounts will return to normal. Getting this far took 3 phone calls and 2 online chats... meantime I'll have to find an old handset to use so need a new SIM. That was 10 days ago. No return bag. So called again. No return bag has been processed. Another online chat...bag is on its way......No bag yet....Another call. A supervisor will call you within 48 hours.....No call back.....Another call.....well escalate your concern.....No call back....I seem to be going around in circles. I just want to return the handset!! If I could afford to cancel I would. I am going round in circles and can' sleep for worrying. I can' afford to pay my monthly charges as they stand.

Thats not good. 

Have you considered returning the phone to a Vodafone High street Store if you have one local.

Hi, yeah I live in the very north of Scotland my bestest store is a 2 hour drive away.. 😣 will just have to try calling again........
