I can't pinpoint when this change happened, but I used to get the "H" symbol on my data connection on my phone when it was connected to Sure Signal, but now it just gets 3G.
On most of my calls people have problems hearing me.
I have a signal checker on my phone which reports about -60dBm
My broadband speed is about 24mbps
Is this acceptable for making calls? Where has the H gone?

The Sure Signal is geared up to push out a 3G signal which your phone would connect to.
When your out and about and not connected to the sure signal does your connection change.

I swear that it used to say "H"
When I go away from the house I get H again. Or 4G if I have been in my settings to enable that.
I'm so fed up of not being able to make calls in my house.

Hi @andyg1
If you are using a Sure Signal, you should be getting perfect 3G reception around your home.
It might be worth using live chat, they will be able to check your Sure Signal is working correctly. When the Sure Signal connects, you will see a 3G or H symbol.
