V2 sure signal

I reported my faulty sure signal to customer services on Friday...but haven't received a txt message confirming delivery/collection date ?

Hi moorlander,

 

It would depend on what time in Friday you reported your Sure Signal to customer services as the warehouse shuts at 4pm. After this time, the collections request won’t be acted upon until Monday.

 

If you’ve not heard anything by tomorrow evening, let us know.
