So following a power cut on Sunday my V3 is completely knackered! Its been working ok since the last time it messed up.
Their are no lights at all, it appears dead.
I've tried the normal reset etc and the trouble shooting guide does NOT list no power light at all as a fault.
So any help?

Have you tried another power source. They are around £10 off eBay.
If the device is within its 24 month warranty then perhaps approach your local Vodafone Store for help.
One of the Tech Team may also be able to help you here too.

Unfortunately if there's no lights on the device at all, it's likely the power cut has caused it to die. It may have caused the fuse to blow which will have resulted in the Sure Signal losing power.
If it's within warranty, please come and speak to us via Live help and we can arrange a replacement.
If the Sure Signal is no longer in warranty, you can buy a new one on our website.

As you can see above its out of its warranty............but buy a new one, youre having a laugh arent you! £100 is a huge price tag that I've paid once already, its been a pain in the butt on several occasions, not working, derigistering itself, not working for days on end etc etc etc and has finally stopped working due to a simple power cut, not power surge, which didnt effect ANYTHING ELSE IN THE HOUSE!!!!!! I wouldnt risk buying another, they are evidently poor quality, unreliable and VERY over priced. :smileymad:
