VSS 3 issue

Hi all

 

For the past couple of days my VSS 3 isn't connecting to Vodafone. The red light is on but the first of the other 3 lights is pulsing slowly with no other lights on. I have tried resetting but just comes back up as the same. My internet connection is fine, well above the requirement & the VSS 3 has been working well for ages.

Some help please?

I've had various stories, from ISPs pushing out updates, to the SureSignal needing replacing (at my expense), to router issues. 11 days and counting with no signal at home and no closer to a resolution because not one person at Vodafone takes ownership of the issue and sees it through!

@iwaneds I've just tried to make a remote connection to your Sure Signal to test it, however your device didn't respond. 

 

As you're device isn't responding to any commands, this therefore means it's no longer useable.
