I have a VSS Ver 3 and over the last couple of days the signal strenght has been very poor. I have noticed that using a registered phone the calls are not being routed over the VSS but over normal GSM Network.
I have tried multiple resets and used multiple registered phones and still the same issue.
Broadband spees are very good at Down 34Mbits Up 15 Mbits

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
