Hi
For last 3 to 4 days the VSS version 1 has been running with lights 1,2 and 4 solid but not longer picks up my phone.
S/N of VSS is 21197144922.
Can you try a resync, push out new firmware (from another post) or investigate why the phone will no longer connect

Your firmware update appears to have done the trick.
Both phones now picking up full sigal.

I can see your Sure Signal made contact with the network yesterday evening just after you posted.
It’s not on the latest firmware, so that this updates please can you perform a factory reset for me?

Hi Phil and smudgersmith,
If you perform a full factory reset of your Sure Signals, the latest firmware will automatically be downloaded if it‘s needed.
To do the factory reset:-
The process can take a few hours to complete.
Let me know how you go on.

I can see that a location change has been detected for your Sure Signal.
I’ve updated the system to remove this message and also resynced the device for you.

Hi folks,
smudgersmith - We'll chalk that up as a win.
Phil and Ken - I can see the old version is still on both of your units. I've manually pushed it through from this end. Please don't disconnect your Sure Signal for the next 24 hours. You might need to reset the phones for the update to take effect too.

Why wasn't the upgrade automatic? I have spent days resetting my SS trying to get it working again. Finally got it to upgrade today and now my phone connects again.
