VSS ver1 Not Working

Hi,

 

I've got a Sures Signal v1 that stopped working a couple of days ago Serial No. 21222711943

 

Lights 1, 2 and 4 are on permanently but no Vodafone or 3G signal - I've done the usual restarts, de-registering and re-registering, changing location etc and still no signal.

 

Please can you see if there is a problem.

I saw in another thread there was currently a problem with BT Infinity and Sure Signal - I'm currently with BT but on standard broadband not infinity (using a Home Hub version 4)

Restart another few times and eventually came back on - everything seems ok now.
