VSS3 stopped working on Saturday. BT Home Hub 5

Saturday morning, my SS3 stopped working. Over the weekend I tried rebooting the router, powering off the SS3 and last night reset the SS3 and left it syncing.

 

Now I just get the 2 righthand lights on saying it can't connect to vodafone.

I contacted the live help and they said they did a resync and it would be working within 4 hours. 6 hours later its still not working. So the rsync hasn't helped much. I did however get a £10 credit to my account. Although I'd rather have working phones.

Ours stopped working on Thursday, also BT home hub. Factory reset Saturday told all would be fine in 6 hours. 24 hours later no further forward. Live chat Sunday told me could be anything up to 48 hours and not to worry! 48 hours is pretty much up and it's still not working. And no £10! 

Seems to be an issue with BT Internet. Just wish vodafone would admit it instead of fobbing us off and give us a realistic time frame.

the tech team seem to have gone remarkably quiet.

looks like I'll be back on live chat this evening. Will update if I get anywhere but not holding out much hope.

I don't know if this will help.

I dug out my old vssv1 and plugged it in and lo-and-behold a signal. This bix was replaced as it was really flaky. Now the up-to-date v3 is the one on havibg the issue.

Both plugged into BT HH 5.
