Hi
My sure signal V3 serial #42151128040 has stopped working for several weeks now
Ive tried to reset but nothing the first two light are on solid but no connection
I have used a sure signal for 4 years with no issues
theres just two phones connected
could someone help

I will try that - or could we deregister it & I register it with my wifes number as my number is now on a business ONE account but used to be personal

Our Live Chat team can pass security and help you deregister the Sure Signal and set it up with a different number.
I'd still recommend trying it at another location, just so we can rule out a fault with the Sure Signal.

I plugged it at work tghis morning - do I need to do anything else - its switched on ready with red & first 2 white lights

It can take around six hours for the Sure Signal to complete the setting up process but you don't need to do anything else.
Providing your works internet connection isn't run through a VPN (or if so, you have administration rights), you should be able to make and receive calls on it.

Plugged in 24hrs same as at home all lights the same & unable to make calls through it
The connection line has flashed white a few times but no 3G or conenction

Everything looks fine and the lights you describe means you should be able to make and receive calls through the Sure Signal.
I've performed a factory reset on it so you will see the lights flickering for the next six hours.
It can take up to 24 hours to complete so please don't disconnect or reset the Sure Signal during this time.
