This thread has been created to discuss and troubleshoot the version 3 Sure Signal when the light sequence is as follows:
Cause
This light sequence indicates the Sure Signal's not active and it has been unable to authenticate on the Vodafone network
Troubleshooting
Please restart your Sure Signal. If the symptoms continue please add the following details to this thread:

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

patrick_keys – We’re sorry for any confusion. Our ICMP were blocked due to a denial of service attack, but were reinstated. We’re not aware of any that are still closed.
jvillani – I’ve check the provided information and everything seems to be showing healthy.
I can see a recent connection today, has this been resolved or are you still having issues?

Well, it did work yesterday and earlier today, but not anymore. Then I noticed my iPhone 5 wasn't getting a 3G signal (I also have another Sure Signal box at home that works fine by the way). So I decidded to reset it and .....back to Flasing power lights and last 2 orange lights are in use, orange)....
I did reboot my router (but with the same configuration as it had when the sure signal box worked.

Itregistration – Your Sure Signal hasn’t yet made a connection to our servers. Can you perform a reset? Can you also confirm what light sequence you’re seeing?
