Wasnt allowed to make any changes to Family group this weekend. now cant even get through on hold for 30mins plus each time. Decided we are going cancel our 3 contracts and bin the 3 payg phones - transfer to O2. We didnt used to rate them, but if they still give the same qualility of service they will be streets ahead of vodafone

I did read somewhere that Vodafone Family is being discontinued however is being replaced by a service offering PAYG customers unlimted calls to Vodafone numbers.

From 5 June, you can no longer make changes to your Vodafone Family group.
