I took three lines out in 2015
it took me three months to have the phone functioning as they mixed up SIMS AND IMEI NUMBERS AND receive confidential texts to incorrect phones!
Having been a customer of EE, o2 and three I can say clearly this is the worst service.
On going issues are relentless :
even in 2017- two years on- vodafone accuse me of having four lines!! And try to charge me for it!!
even in 2017 I have to explain every-time my data allowance as they always think it is less than what it is
so I have to check billing every month as they try to scam me for extra data use.
Even ringing to check about bills and asking for guidance is a waste - one call handler saying one thing and the next week another thing - leading to a phone bill of £250 whilst abroad
the customer services just tell lies and don't follow up on what they say, they do not document they try to porn off to 'another team member' when u start again on the story - latest is a woman who's emails are soon to be posted on Facebook as they are so manipulative.
I am now in communication with offsted and trading standards and have applied for information on my accounts through freedom of information. I have a solicitor who is confident about the small claim and with the plenty of evidence I have.
I feel sorry for all the people on here who obviously had similar terrible experiences.

I have been lied to so much from Vodafone customer service agents over the past 3yrs that I don't even know ow where to start. I placed an order for a phone on a friday and was told I would get the phone by the next Monday after being told I needed to pay £50 up front cost and £4.95 delivery charge. Long story short I found d out that the phone was not available for another 2 wks as it hadn't been released yet. So I rang up and cancelled the order (or so I thought). just by the off chance I was checking the app for how much data I had remainin and saw that my data allowance had changed and that my contract had also changed. I rang vodafone stewing. Some stupid inept 16 year girl who was clearly eating and trying to carry on a conversation with me told me that I would have to refuse the delivery when it arrives. Why should I have to refuse a delivery that I cancelled. Vodafone was hoping that when the phone turned up I would have a change of hear and accept the phone but my patience has ran out with Vodafone now. I now hate everybody there including the colour of their logo. For the past 3 yrs they have lied to me, tried to cheat me out of Money and place stuff on my account that I didn't sign up for. What a bunch charlatans, hoodwinkers, bamboozlers. O2 is looking like my new destination

I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way @Mr_biggz and apologies for the experience that you had.
As the phone hasn't yet been delivered but is still being processed in our system, the phone would need to be returned to us on delivery to cancel the order.
So we can take a closer look into this for you, I've sent you a private message with details to contact our team.
