Some apps can be moved and some can't. You'll need to open each one in the main Settings menu and see which have the option available. When they do, it's just a button tap.
Android Marshmallow (not sure if you'll get it though), has an Adoptable Storage option, which allows the device to treat an sd card as part of the main memory pool. It isn't then visible as external storage and there are disadvantages, though those may be outweighed if internal memory is limited - which is what it's mainly there for.
When I had a Vodafone Smart 4 Power, it already imitated this a bit and put quite a lot of stuff on the sd card, though generally not apps and not by default.
