Vodafone Broadband Router (Connect Router) - Technical Issue

My broadband is down, no internet connectivity. How do I raise a fault with Vodafone ? I can't find anything online & can only find one telephone number for queries which I've been on hold for over 30 mins.

Hi there

 

Hopefully you managed to get through and have your issue solved.  For future reference, all the ways you can contact Vodafone can be found here and the number for the broadband team is 08080 034 515.

 

If you've not been able to get your issue resolved, please post some details and perhaps a member of the community may be able to give you some advice that helps.

Never got Vodafone to answer the phone that evening, next day support / tech support was excellent, picked up new router from local Phone store next day, all now up & running.
.
Fault finding tips online were fairly useless.
All support staff in UK call centres, all more than capable of dealing with technical issues.
