Vodafone Connect Router Query - WIFI Settings

Hi, was unsure where to post this as there is no location yet for broadband  Queries, could this be setup?

 

Jjust switched to Vodafone Fibre yesterday, set up my the Connect hub.  Using the Provided SSID and Password I connect online perfectr, but unable to change my SSID or Password or switch channels.  The screens that are in the WIFI Section are unreadable.  Please see atatched images.  When I try to refresh the page I get a RESET Failed Message.

 

Tried it on the app on my phone and is unable to save any chages.  Tried IE, Mozzilla and Even chrome, but only the WIFI Tab is like this, all other tabs display the inof correctly.

 

Any ideas.

 

Tried uninstalling my app on my phone, hard reset the router and left powered off for a couple of hours.  Same result.

Hello,

 

I too have just connected to Vodafone fibre, and had a similar problem.

The way that I was able to change mine was to connect my laptop to the router (With a cable & not wifi), then I went to my Chrome and in the address bar typed "192.168.1.1" (Everything inside the "") this then opened the settings, I then selected the advanced drop down menu & then changed the settings in there.

 

I was unable to change them in the app on IOS, but it was easy to do on a wired connection on my laptop. :Smiling:
