Vodafone Dongle every second disconnects problem

My Vodafone Dongle keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting every second or 5 minutes and it seem's since I replaced my Samsung N145 netbook Windows 7 and the other netbook was the same and that didn't do disconnecting and reconnecting problem why and how can I get this to stop this please? It's annoying me.

The Vodafone address on the computer has a line through the http like https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/ the https has red line through it why?

Hi,

    Thanks for reply and I will take a look at that and read that Troubleshooting guide. I also know when the problem keep's on disconnecting and reconnecting the connection it's when the connection message keeps coming up on the screen. I will take a read of that guide and I will get back to you. Thanks!
