I seem to recall that the bill summary on My Vodafone used to tell you how many minutes had been used by your Vodafone Family group. Is there any way to get this info now?

@raymartin52 Are you trying to view your remaining minutes via the My Vodafone app or online


If you're having issues with the app, please delete it and reinstall it. Alternatively, you should be able to see your remaining allowance online via your My Vodafone account.

Please read my post again! My query has nothing at all to do with remaining minutes - why do you think it does?

If you're unable to view the summary via the app, please try logging into your My Vodafone account online. 

Let us know if you're still unable to view the useage summary.

The whole point of my query, as you would know if you took the trouble to read it properly, was usage by Vodafone Family, which used to appear in the online account summary in My Vodafone. This info no longer appears there and I'd like to know if it's available elsewhere online. If you cannot grasp what I'm after please pass my query on to someone with a better understanding of the online system - yours is clearly patchy.

@raymartin52 I've checked on the issue you're experiencing, however can't see any reasons as to why you're unable to view your useage.

For crying out loud! Why on earth is this query causing so much kerfuffle? PLEASE read my query again and look CAREFULLY at what I'm asking. I am NOT looking for a summary of my usage, which is very easily available either though the website or the My Vodafone app. What I am after is a feature which used to appear on the Summary page of each bill, and which gave you the total amount used by all the members of your Vodafone Family and the total amount you saved thereby. The reason I cannot now see this is it has been removed and what I want to know is whether I can get the same information in another way - this is not immediately apparent from a study of the webpage or the app.

 

If you come back with yet another answer about my usage I will be extremely annoyed! This is not a complicated question - please stop making it so!
