Vodafone K3520 Dongle - It Has Started Showing 'No Device' On My PC

I have had a K3520 dongle for over a year and a half, now all of a sudden it just keeps saying 'no device' and I do not know what to do to fix it, Can anyone help please?
I have Windows Vista and I have already tried uninstalling and re-installing the programme.
I have also tried it on another laptop and its working fine so not sure what the problem is

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with this. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

Can you tell me as anything changed with your PC since this stopped working? Have you tried doing a system restore back to a point you know it was working?

If not, no worries, can you try by downloading the most recent and up to date version of our Vodafone software from the website -

Vodafone Mobile Connect

Please give this a go and let me know how you get on. If you have any more questions just give me a shout and we'll be happy to help you further

Hi Wayne,

Nothing has changed with my laptop apart from my flatmate trying his new (vodafone) dongle out on it and his wouldnt work either and since then mine won't work so not sure if there is some sort of clash!

I tried to do a system restore last night but it would only let me go back 12 days and its been over 3 weeks since it last worked properly.

Unfortunatly I haven't got the use of the internet since my dongle isnt working, only at work where they are very restrictive about what I download, plus it would download to my works computer and not my personal laptop.

Do have any other suggestions for me please?

Thanks for coming back to me here.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having problems with this. You will need to try the download of the software I'm afraid.

If you can find another internet connection, all you will need to do is to download the software and transfer it onto a USB Memory stick or something similar.

I'm confident that when you get this onto your machine, it will resolve you issue.
