The full version of our software is usually preconfigured for Contract rather than Pay-as-you-Go, both of which use slightly different settings. I believe it is that which is causing this error.
To resolve, go to Manage Connections > View > Add New
Click on the APN tab and enter the following settings:
APN: ppbundle.internet
Username: web
Passowrd: web
Save the new connection under a name of your choice, and then re-test the connection.
