Hi henzaimz,
Firstly, a very warm welcome to the eForum Family, it's always great to see new faces on here .
I seem to recall that there was a plug and play issue a while back when the K3760 was first launched. Essentially, what would happen is that in some cases the plug and play would disable itself after installing the VMC software for the first time.
If you're having issues then I'd recommend downloading the latest version of VMC from the following link: VMC Version 9.4.6. This also contains driver support for the K3760 so should resolve your issue.
Let me know how you get on .

From your description, it sounds like you're using the black "Pico Racer" modem - this one will only run the autostart install program once - if you uninstall then you need to trigger it to start manually via "My Computer".

Hi henzaimz
Thanks for your post here. I can completely appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.
With the flash drive attached to the computer, open up windows explorer (my computer). Find the drive letter corresponding to the flash drive, right click and choose properties. Go to the "auto play" tab and choose what action you want performed automatically when the flash drive is attached. The best option in most cases is to choose the option that says "prompt me about what to do" (Its along those lines, I don't remember the exact wording).
Give that a whirl and if you have any further questions just give me a shout!
Thanks
Wayne
