Vodafone K3765 usb modem not detected please help

Hello support

I have vodafone K3765 usb modem not detected or flashs or do any thing as not installed into usb port

i tried to try on other pcs but the same problem

it was working perfect and no thing hit it or any problem just after turn off pc and the next day tried to work with it as usual but not detected or working any more

no lighting or any thing

so please help me

Hi Mido,

When you plug the modem into your PC, does it show up as a removable device in ‘Device Manager’?

If it does, it means your computer had detected the modem.

I’d recommend you install the latest version of the Vodafone Mobile Broadband software which you can find here.

If the modem doesn’t show up in ‘Device Manager’, it may be faulty so you’d need to send it for repair.

thanks for reply is there any warrenty for this please? also if it paid i'm from Egypt

Hi Mido2113,

Dongles come with a two year warranty. If yours is out of warranty or it's been voided for any reason, you'd be contacted to advise of any cost before any repair was done.

Just to check, are you currently in Egypt or the UK? You'd need to be over here to arrange a repair.
