Hi there Dundy, and welcome to the eForum! ![]()
I've raised this to one of our top tech specialists, and he really wants to know what version of VTP you're using. Have you tried the latest version available here? Please uninstall the previous version, reboot, and install this one.
Failing this, can you check your Services.msc (from your Run prompt) and make sure Network Connections, Telephony and Remote Access Connections Manager are enabled.
Let us know about this, and we'll get back to you!

Hi Dundy.
I've just had a chat with our device specialist about this issue. Our 64 bit version of Windows 7 its works fine, the Vodafone connector service is installed and running fine so hmm unsure why yours isn't.
We have had reports of malicious software/local permissions and 3rd party software stopping this service from running so it may be related to the current PC build.
It may be worth trying to install VMC 9.4.6 from our website and installing this first, then trying to install the VTP however we suspect that 9.4.6 may roll back if this is the case then we would need some info to raise a case:
- OS
- Service Packs
- Laptop make and model
- MSinfo32 log
If you can try the above and if this doesn’t work reply back I will send you and email and if you could then attach this info to that email we can raise this for you![]()
Thanks

Hi Dundy,
I've encountered problems before with our drivers being language-specific, so it's entirely possible that the Hungarian installation is what's causing the issue.
Please switch to English and re-test for us. If you still have the issue, the English logs would be much more useful too![]()
