Vodafone Router

I had my router installed last week but it doesn't work. Both lights glow a constant green. My tablet and phone say that I am connected at a speed of 72Mbps but I can't access the internet. My tablet went to a Vodafone page to inform me that the router was being set up, or something, and it should only take a few minutes - 3 days later nothing. I have restarted everything a few times. I have logged back on a few times and re-entered my password a few times but still nothing.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the same issue I had last week. I think you need to call  broadband support and ask them to provision your router. Mine was working within an hour of me phoning them.

Thanks for that, I will allocate a cuple of hours on Saturday to call them.

How long did it take you to get through in the end? What time did you call?

I called them on Sunday at about 10:00 and, amazingly, got straight through to someone in less than 3 mins.

You were right - some routers were sent out that were not set up properly and within half an hour it now works perfectly.
