Vodafone Secure Net blocking static.parastorage.com

Hi,

My name is Benjamin Bavel and I work at Wix.com.

We have been getting complaints for the last few days that Wix.com and Wix websites are not loading over the Vodafone network.

After a thorough investigation, we have found that Vodafone's Secure Net has blocked one of our domains, static.parastorage.com.

We would like to request a review, and advise what we can do to get the block removed.

Below you will find an example of a request and the attached screenshot of the block.

@benjaminbwix I've had an update from our specialist team and just need to clarify a few things.

1) The link you've provided at the bottom of your post indicates the access is blocked by the Vodafone Italy Secure Net service - is this block happening on a Vodafone UK or Vodafone Italy SIM?

2) Static.parastorage.com is not blocked by Vodafone UK Secure Net - for our team to investigate further we'd need the full URL of when the block was observed.
