Try long holding on the Power Button for 7-10 seconds.
Or try pressing and hold the Volume Up + Power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
Try hooking up the phone to the charger and leave it for a good 5+ minutes incase the battery is completely flat. Try another charger cable and brick too.
There is a hard reset as per Method 2 but that can wipe info on the phone

A Vodafone Store might be able to help but if they have to send it away one part of the process is typically a Factory Reset which again deletes info.
Do you have your info backed up to any online vault such as Google or Dropbox as some examples.

The thing is, the phone fell down pretty harsh, and the start button and volume button are somehow removed. I opened the phone with the charger and controlled the volume on the settings, and now it won't open and I have so many pictures in there. Any other ideas how to open it?

Hello again @xrysabslp
Ok so through further info now given in your 2nd reply the phone is damaged from an accidental drop ?
Is it possible your photos were stored on any Sd card if you used one ?
If not then other options would be hooking up the phone to a.computer via a data cable to see if it recognises the phone as a disk drive and allow access to its files or use some form of software suite.
A high street mobile repair shop might be able to help.

yeah the drop was accidental and pretty bad. I didn't use a sd card because I didn't need one (i mean it had enough space)and i connected it with the computer twice and it says that i can't recognize the device or something like that. I'm really desperate

Did you regulary back up your pictures etc to any online vault ?
If not then if they are only on your phone then be really careful @xrysabslp
Ask a high street phone repair shop if they have the tools and software to be able to access the phone and draw the photos from it.
Take a memory stick with you as they might be able to move the pictures to that.

The computer just recognized the device but if i press on a file it won't let me open it for some reason?

With some phones when you hook up to a computer a pop up message appears on the phone screen to allow access and choose the type of.connevtion you need.
It maybe you can't allow this choice as you have no access to the screen.

@xrysabslp Are you able to test this in another computer to see if you see the same message?
Please let us know how you get on.
