I knew it was too good to be true. Now I know why this phone was £79. It's because some of the basic functions do not work. Point and case. Security option. By clicking on settings then security only takes you back to your home screen. You cannot change any settings. Installations is blocked.
"For security, your phone is set to block all installation of apps obtained from unknown sources"
then it gives me 2 options.
Cancel or settings.
By clicking settings it does nothing. It takes you back to the previous screen.

Hi @b3nstones
I’m not sure if this is something they’re aware of and is to be included in the fix, but I’ve passed this on for investigation.
Thanks,
Jenny

The same thing happens to me. I can also not access the security settings.

Hi Jenny,
Please could you also pass on that the radio stops working if any messages are recieved. I have also been trying to connect to my work wi-fi and it simply takes me back to the home settings screen. Along with all the other problems this is a very poor release. I appreciate this is late to be commenting on since the update should be coming out tomorrow. I'd like to keep this phone but I feel frustrated that I was allowed to buy a phone and sign a contract from the store when these issues were clearly known about. Frankly, I feel a cheated. If the phone isn't sorted before the end of the week I'll be taking my contract over to EE.
Thanks,
Andy
