My sure signal 1 stopped working on Friday 25th October. I have lights 1 and 2 lit and it keeps cycling but light 4 never lights. I have two handsets registered to the sure signal ( one personal and one business) and neither have any signal. I've followed the trouble shooting reset guidelines on several occasions, but with no success. There is a network problem registered in my area (86 PO20) I'm not sure if this is the issue? Please could you reset/resync my sure signal and also push down the firmware update for VSS1, as I understand these can solve problems too. Any help ASAP would be much appreciated as I currently cannot make or receive any business calls.
