Hi,
I had my Vodafone Sure Signal registered by product support to my phone number but it is not showing on my account. I contacted support again and they said it was registered but I cannot see it when I log in, Please resolve this issue.

Their is no Account Access or Official Account assistance via the eForum. Only Customer Services via 191 & Live Chat have Account Access. (Using a Computer to Access Live Chat is best)
We as fellow customers cannot resolve the issue from here. .
