Vodafone Wallet

I have the vodafone wallet app and was supposed to revieve a 5 pound cashback. It notified me that I did recieve it but I dont know how to use that cashback. Its not showing up anywhere on the app.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @MOH49, check your bank account, it was credited to mine by reducing my payment that triggered the £5 by £5, so instead of £25 coming out of the account to pay for some stuff at Asda only £20 came out, hope that makes sense.

Same here.   If you look at the transaction history on the app, you should see that the payment that hits the £25 threshold and subsequent ones until you've received £5 are reduced.   In my case, £4.80-worth of coffee was charged to my card as £0 and the next transaction was 20p cheaper.

Worked absolutely fine for me too... I had already spent £12.50, I spent a further £12.50 on Saturday. The App showed that transaction of £12.50 but only £7.50 had been taken from my account.
