Hi no joy with chat online or 191, last chance saloon is here, Vodafone app is not working installed it, uninstalled it 30 odd times, iPad and phones are up to date on 10.3.3 what is going on,??

When you uninstall the application, you need to uninstall the backup from your i cloud before reinstalling, otherwise you will only download the copy.
If you have your online account set up, this will help the application to follow. Before being able to access any information, you need to wait until the first bill has been generated. If you are using WiFi, for the application to locate your account, try turning WiFi off and connecting using mobile data.

May I ask is your Online MyVodafone working Ok ?
Has your MyVodafone App ever worked at all ?
As a process of elimination to rule out the phone or Account can you try using another phone ?
