The Vodafone app wont start on my iPhone 6. It lets me download but when I try to open it I get an error message saying 'WE'RE HAVING A FEW TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AT THE MOMENT. WE'RE WORKING HARD TO GET THINGS SORTED'.
I've made various phone calls and on line chats where I have been promised the issue will be sorted with 72 hours, however, it hasnt. I've been promised phone calls as well that have never happened.
Problem seemed to start right at the time I upgraded my account (kept handset, chose a lower price plan). The app worked fine before this...
Frustrated! Please help.

Can you try another phone ?
This does sound like something at Vodafone's end.
