I am unable to view my Vodafone App, i have uninstalled it and installed it again, it doesnt need updated. When i go on it it either says there are technical issues or that it is to busy i should go on later. But this has been happening for about a week now.

Ok.
Some of the other threads involve the iPhone's too.
Some advicd is to try creating a back up to iCloud and then go into settings and erase all content and settings and then set up as a new iPhone. Then try downloading the app and see if it works.
As the icloud back up , backs up app settings if yours is in some way corrupted this is why it may not be working.

Or go into settings, General,Storage and iCloud usage, under iCloud choose manage storage,
Choose the back up for your iPhone.
Choose show all apps.
Turn off the myvodafone app.
Create another back up and then erase all content and settings and then reset up using the new iCloud back up.
Then redownload the myvodafone app.
This may / may not help.

Are you still having trouble with the app?
If so, I suggest following @BandOfBrothers' advice, does this help?
