So... I ordered a new iphone contract phone over a week ago, I've paid £50 up front and I've still not had a confirmation of my order.. live chat just keeps asking me to wait 48hrs..and another 48hrs.. and yes.. another 48hrs .... but ive waited 9 days... anyone else had problems?

Sometimes Credit Checks on new contracts can take a while to go through.
