So my vodafone broadband app isn't working and I thought I would provide some images to help the situation, I was told that I just need to pair the app with the router but I can't even get to that screen because it doesn't even recognise that I'm connected the vodafone wifi when I already am.
So I press start
I scroll to the end of the 4 pages and press done
I get the same screen on the left twice and press try again and then it finally gives up and I cannot go any further
This is all I have access to of which none of them can give me any access or retrys at connecting.
I've had Vodafone broadband for about 3 weeks nearing a month now and it's really inconvinient not being able to access the app so if anyone has a fix I would be very appreciative.
Also to add I've tried the app on both IPhone 5 and IPhone 6 and an Ipad2 and also on Android
