For the last few days the Vodafone app for my iPhone 6 as not been working I am running iOS 9.1 I have deleted the app and reinstalled it
Is it just me ?

Hi,
Do you use iTunes ?
If so launch it to see if the Vodafone App is still showing because when the App is deleted off just the iPhone it remains in iCloud.
If its in iTunes under the 'App's' tab delete it from there and then proceed to download it through iTunes and then sync to your iPhone.
If you dont use iTunes then all I can suggest it keep trying as it does sometimes glitch - one reason is the migration from one billing account to the new system.
Customer service via 191 or Live Chat maybe able to assist by looking at your account.
