Hi,
Is there a phone number or email address to contact repair centre directly? Phone went in for warranty repair 4 weeks ago and no contact since. Online tracker is useless, currently shows repair was completed on 25th July and has said the same for over 2 weeks. Any help appreciated as local store and 191 cannot give answers.

Many thanks for the reply.I am not really technically knowledgeable, so I do not understand the concept of turning of unknown services.
To be honest, the only additional apps that were loaded onto the handset were sourced from the official app store. Beyond, any updates to any software on the phone were done so after notifications presented through messaging on the home-screen drop down notification panel. I was always careful to check that the updates offered were in respect of software that I knew was on the phone.
From memory, I cannot recall any instance when I have been prompted to turn off unknown sources.
The error with the 'UI app stopped' only happened when applying the OS upgrade to Nougat and then, after failed upgrade, when applying factory reset.
My chief concern here is that, potetially, I could find myself in this unfortunate position after, again, only loading software and applying updates from approved sources.
From a recent update, the handset is booked in for a repair, but I would still like to know, specifically, which piece of software could have led to this problem...
