Vodafone smart 4 power

I have downloaded an app on my vodafone smart 4 power i open it and its keep saying "Connection error. Check your internet commection" (the app is called ShowBox) but i have got internet and it is working. 

If anyone can tell what i am doing wrong then please tell me thank you.

If possible check the app settings to ensure all looks ok.

Sometimes clearing the cache helps. 

Also deleting the App and re download.

Is showbox not that movie streaming app?
Is it maybe blocked on the connection you're using?

Yes it is. It's not the connection I am using because my other phone let me use it but not this one.

Sorry that didn't work. 

It's possible something within settings is stopping the connection or your phone isn't compatible in some way. 

Is there an alternative App option you could try. Just to see if one works in your phone to allow this type of connection.

You won't be able to steam Showbox.  Please use Google, there is a lot of information about this available.

If you were able to stream movies, it would be very data intensive and would need to be done using a WiFi connection.
