I have raised a Query; No 256580 on the 20th June and was assured I would receive a reply within two working days. No response from Vodfone yet some 12 working days later, anyone else having similar problems? This isn't the first time I have had this problem.

If this was my situation I'd contact Customer support on 191 or use Live Chat from a computer. Link in my signature. 

 

They have Account Access and will be able to check the notes on your account. 

 

May I ask what issues your experiencing with your Sure Signal. We as fellow customers maybe able to help / guide you.
